RTTS 003 4 nights – Lake Bogoria /Lake Nakuru /Maasai Mara.
Day 1 _ Arrival and welcome
Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport to be received
by our client service representatives who guides you to our van
or bus for a transfer to the Serena or similar for dinner/briefing
session and the nights accommodation.
Day 2 Lake Bogoria. (266 kms from Nairobi)
Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive on tarmac through the viewpoint
as you proceed to the Great Rift Valley. On the way you can view
the dormant Longonot crater, lake Naivasha, Lake Elementaita among
other beautiful sceneries of the majestic Rift valley. You make
a brief stopover in Nakuru town (160 kms) for tea. You will reach
Lake Bogoria in time for lunch. `` It is the only Resort in Kenya
with a naturally heated spa pool. It is known as the `healing place’
because of the therapeutic values associated with the spa and the
hot spring geysers. Nothing in the world beats relaxation and unwinding
in the spa pool. This coupled with the singing birds makes it a``
true paradise.”
Later in the afternoon you will visit Lake Bogoria National reserve
popularly known for the hot spring geysers. Animals include the
greater shy Kudu, an antelope with spiraling horns, impalas, grant
Gazelles, cheetahs, waterbucks, monkeys, Marabou stocks, ostriches
and various other species of birds. prehistoric sites and pristine
natural tropical rainforests.
Dinner/ entertainment at the resort.
Day 3 Bogoria / lake Nakuru.
After breakfast you can make a tour of Lake Bogoria to see the migrant
flamingos, hot spring geysers and rocks before starting your journey
to Lake Nakuru National park. You will be in time for lunch at a
lodge inside the park. You conduct a game drive in the afternoon
in this 188 sq kms park famous for its huge pink flamingo population.
Other animals include white and black Rhinos, elephants, lions,
leopards, gazelles etc.
Many species of birds are also resident in the park.
Dinner / entertainment and overnight accommodation at the lodge.
Day 4 Nakuru/ Maasai Mara.
After an early morning game drive you get back to the Lodge for
breakfast and check out game viewing enroute to start your journey
to the world famous Maasai Mara game reserve. You will enjoy beautiful
sceneries including the escarpments, rivers and forests before crossing
the vast Loita plains ready to enter the most popular park in Kenya.
You check into the lodge for lunch before enjoying an evening game
drive in this extensive park. Our driver guides help you sport the
animals easily. Return to the lodge before dusk for dinner/ entertainment
and overnight accommodation.
Day 5 game drives – (Ballooning option available)
Today you will enjoy two extensive game drives in the morning and
in the afternoon. Have lunch and relax in the lodge between the
Game drives, swimming, sunbathing etc.
This park is famous for its astounding amount of wildlife –
lions, cheetahs, zebras, gazelles, buffalos, elephants, hyenas etc.
If your safari falls between July and September check out the annual
wild beasts migration, which is the greatest event that Kenya has
to offer. Millions of animals come from the Serengeti to the Mara
in search of greener pastures. There are as many tourists as the
animals at this period.

Day 6 Maasai Mara/ Nairobi/ Carnivore/departure.
After one more game drive you go back to the lodge for breakfast
and check out. Game viewing enroute, You may briefly visit (optional)
a Maasai village to see Maasai Manyattas, buy curios, or even enjoy
a traditional dance. You will reach Nairobi in time for lunch. The
afternoon may be spent relaxing or shopping with a brief city tour.
In the evening you will go to the world famous Carnivore restaurant
for a farewell dinner before being transferred to the airport to
take your flight back home.
