The main reason for Maasai Mara’s popularity is its astounding
amount of wildlife. Its not uncommon to see large prides of lions
on a hunt or even a Cheetah reaching top speed in the distance.
The annual migration
Of the wildebeests is an attraction that is without doubt one of
the greatest events that Kenya has to offer. Beginning July, millions
of these beasts find their way from the Serengeti in search of greener
pastures. This is a sight that one has to see when in Kenya. During
this season there are as many tourists as the wildlife. Other animals
available in the park include gazelles, elephants, giraffes, buffalos,
zebras and even the elusive rhino. Dinner/entertainment by Maasai
dancers in the hotel.
